Join the Guest List at guestlist.jointheband.app by submitting your first name and email address (phone number optional) during the entry period. One entry per person covers every daily drawing held during the promotion. No re-entry is needed. Duplicate submissions with the same email address count as a single entry.
Each completed signup receives 3 entries in every remaining daily drawing. Each friend who joins through an entrant's referral link adds 3 additional entries for the referring entrant in every remaining drawing, up to a limit of 25 counted referrals per entrant. A referral counts only on a completed, first-time signup; duplicate submissions update an existing entry and never add entries. Referrals counted after a drawing closes apply to remaining drawings only. Entries generated by automated means, duplicate accounts, self-referral, or other fraudulent activity may be disqualified and excluded from drawings at the sponsor's discretion.
The promotion begins August 7, 2026 and ends August 20, 2026 (Pacific Time). Entries received during the entry period are automatically included in that day's drawing and every remaining daily drawing.
One winner is selected on each of the 14 days of the promotion, August 7 through August 20, 2026, by random drawing from all eligible entries. Daily prizes are memorabilia and merchandise, including original 1988 and 1994 Take 6 records and Join the Band apparel, each signed by all six members of Take 6. The specific item for each day is announced on that day. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Limit one daily prize per person for the promotion.
One grand prize, called Part of the Band, is awarded by random drawing on August 20, 2026 from among all eligible entrants. Daily drawing winners remain eligible for the grand prize.
The date of the grand prize experience is not yet set. It will take place in 2027 on a date to be announced. The date and location will be arranged between the winner and Join the Band, and will be either a date following the release of Rhapsody or a date on a Join the Band tour. The winner will need to be able to travel on the agreed date. If the winner cannot travel on any date offered within the 2027 calendar year, the prize may be forfeited without substitution.
The grand prize consists of:
Approximate retail value of the grand prize is $2,500 USD. Actual value will vary with the winner's departure city, travel dates and the host city, and the difference between the approximate retail value and the actual value will not be awarded. All elements of the prize must be taken together; no element may be exchanged, substituted or redeemed for cash.
Everything not expressly listed above is the responsibility of the winner, including ground transportation, baggage fees, meals other than the dinner described, incidentals, travel insurance, and any documents required to travel. The winner and guest must be able to travel together on the same itinerary. If the guest is under 18, they must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who must be the winner.
The grand prize winner will be required to confirm acceptance and provide the information needed to book travel within 14 days of being notified. If the winner cannot be reached, declines, or does not respond within that period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Because the approximate retail value exceeds $600, the sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC, and the winner will be required to provide a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded. Winners who are not United States taxpayers may be subject to different requirements.
Soundcheck attendance, the meet and greet, and dinner with the group depend on the performance schedule and on the availability of the members of Take 6 on the day. Join the Band will make reasonable efforts to deliver each of these, and reserves the right to substitute an element of comparable or greater value if circumstances on the day make one of them impossible.
Winners are notified by text message and/or email at the contact information provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within a reasonable period stated in the notification, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, you agree that if you win we may announce your name publicly, including on social media, in email, and from the stage.
